The workshops are for anyone interested in leveraging their strengths and taking a strengths-based approach further for professional development and to enhance their workplace.
You’ll explore your personal strengths from your CliftonStrengths assessment, apply them to actionable tasks, and foster a strengths-based culture for yourself at work. The workshop includes interactive sessions, practical tools, and expert feedback to help you immediately implement what you learn.
No prior experience is necessary. Whether you’re new to the concept or looking to deepen your understanding, our workshops cater to all experience levels.
The workshop runs over a single day, running from 9:30 (with a 10:00 start) to 16:00, with lunch and refreshment breaks included (unless advised otherwise for each individual event).
Your registration includes all workshop materials, access to expert facilitators and your CliftonStrengths® 34 assessment report (worth £50+VAT). Lunch and refreshments will also be provided (you will be able to advise us of any dietary requirements during the booking process).
We run in-person Discovery Workshops across the UK throughout the year and virtual sessions regularly. For more information on dates and locations or to let us know your location preference complete the form or chat with us.

If you have chosen our semi-flexible rate:
- 100% refund up to 8 weeks beforehand
- 75% refund up to 4 weeks beforehand
- 50% refund 2-4 weeks beforehand
- No refund if cancelled less than 2 weeks beforehand
There is no refund available for our ‘best rate’, but you may be able to transfer your registration.
Semi-flexible option: 100% refund up to 8 weeks before the event, 75% up to 4 weeks, 50% refund 2-4 weeks before, and no refund less than 2 weeks before.
Best rate option: Non-refundable.
You may be able to transfer your space to another attendee if you are unable to attend (an admin fee may apply).
You can also transfer your place to someone else for a £75+VAT admin fee. If you transfer more than 5 weeks in advance of the workshop, in some cases we may be able to waive this fee.

Please note: You are not booked until you have completed the booking process and made a card payment via our event registration system (Cvent).
Payment must be made by debit or credit card at the time of booking, following on from which an invoice and receipt will be automatically generated.
We do not offer an option to invoice for less than 10 attendees (which can be over multiple workshops), but payment must be made in advance of the workshop(s).
