What to expect?

Who is it for?

This programme is open to anyone who manages people. You will have attended one of our Discovery Workshops and as part of this also completed your strengths assessment to have gained an understanding of your individual strengths and an understanding of others’ strengths, and how to harness them.

How long is the programme?

The programme consists of a two-day face-to-face workshop which will be both interactive and reflective, as well as access to an ongoing programme of support and events to build knowledge and embed best practice. 

What will I gain?

The programme emphasises a strengths-based approach to people management, maximising individual potential, fostering collaboration, and promoting continuous growth.

You will learn to identify and leverage team members’ strengths, mastering techniques for performance management, feedback, and team building to inspire exceptional results. Practical strategies are explored for building trust, fostering performance, and creating a supportive environment. Through interactive exercises, you will gain insights into tailored motivational methods and emotionally intelligent management styles.

By empowering others and fostering accountability, you will emerge as dynamic managers capable of driving organisational success. Crucially, you will leave equipped with tools to enhance job satisfaction, engagement, and overall performance.
