We often talk about ‘when the magic happens’ with a strengths-based approach: this is when a team starts talking using a strengths-based vocabulary and really consciously seeing, understanding and valuing each other’s unique talents and contributions.
Strengthify team and departmental workshops offer the opportunity to get everyone on the same page and are often the starting point on the strengths-based journey. In conjunction with our Management Development Programme, and backed by our Ongoing Support, managers and leaders can use this to build buy-in for a strengths-based approach, and to be the catalyst for more strengths-based conversation and interactions.
Team and departmental workshops can also be used to align attendees to a common goal, or try to coalesce around specific shared challenges. They also present an opportunity where there is, or will be, significant organisational or technological change and help shift the focus towards the positives associated with the change.
